Employee of the Week: Lisa Hardy

Pittsylvania Career & Technical Center (PCTC) is excited to recognize Lisa Hardy as this week's Pittsylvania County Schools' Employee of the Week. Mrs. Lisa Hardy, PCTC Bus Driver, also known by the students and staff as "Mrs. Lisa," has been an integral part of the Pittsylvania Career and Technical Center for many years and is a phenomenal asset to the students, staff, and the administration.
Mrs. Hardy is a team player who values a good day's work. Mrs. Hardy is always willing to help all staff members regarding clinical trips and daily bus travel and assist as a substitute throughout the school. Support and assistance are essential in the day-to-day operations of a school, and Mrs. Hardy is a massive support to the staff at PCTC.
Outside of working for Pittsylvania County Schools, Mrs. Hardy takes immense joy in traveling, eagerly exploring new places, and prioritizes spending quality time with her family.
Bus Drivers are an essential part of our schools, and Mrs. Hardy supports and advocates for career and technical education. Mrs. Hardy's personality is a joy within the PCTC team, saying, "I love my job, students, and staff at PCTC." The PCTC faculty and staff appreciate everything Mrs. Hardy does for the Pittsylvania Career and Technical Center.
