When you hear these words some qualities that come to mind include good listener, effective communicator, and non-judgmental, as well as taking a personal interest in students and athletes. Mr. Shaun Miller embodies these qualities and more; therefore, Gretna High School is honored to recognize him as the PCS Employee of the Week.
Mr. Miller joined the Gretna High School (GHS) faculty this school year as a teacher. Not only is he a valuable asset in the classroom, he also serves as our Head Football Coach, Head JV Boys’ Basketball Coach, and Head Boys’ Track Coach.
He goes above and beyond what is expected of him. He is a good role model for our students. Shaun desires students to excel not only on the field, but also in the classroom.
The significant amount of time Mr. Miller spends with GHS students is commendable considering he and his wife are parents of five wonderful children who range in age from preschool to college sophomore. His children are actively involved in Gretna Youth Sports.
