Employee of the Week - Kevin Kinsler

The Maintenance Department is proud to recognize Kevin Kinsler as Employee of the Week for Pittsylvania County Schools. Kevin has a very humble, quiet demeanor and brings years of HVAC experience to the Maintenance Department.
Kevin has been married for 13 years to Melinda, who is a 1996 Gretna High School graduate. They have one 11-year-old daughter, Haylee, who attends Pittsylvania County Schools. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, beach trips, the mountains, hanging out with friends and family, and attending church. He and his family are active members at New Beginnings Baptist Church in Altavista.
Kevin has many hobbies that include riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing, & target shooting. He considers himself mechanically inclined and loves working and learning Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Kevin graduated in 1992 from Gretna High and is also a 2003 graduate from CVCC with a degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). He has been employed with Pittsylvania County Schools for a little over two (2) years. According to Kevin, he is very thankful for the opportunity to work in all of the schools, meet fellow employees and learn about the different equipment at each location.
Kevin brings 26 years of experience in HVAC service and has been a welcome addition to the department. We are very pleased that Kevin is a part of our Maintenance Family.
