Employee of the Week: Kim McVay

Kentuck Elementary School is excited to have Kim McVay, Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, as the Pittsylvania County Schools' Employee of the Week!
Kim began working at Kentuck Elementary School in 2015 as a Teacher's Aide in our Cross-Categorical Class. She then transitioned to our office staff in 2021 as the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. Mrs. McVay is a dedicated and talented individual who works hard to help our school succeed. Mrs. McVay constantly works to find new and exciting ways to support our staff and students. Mrs. McVay is married to her husband, Mike, and they have two daughters, Emily and McKenzie. Thank you, Mrs. McVay, for being such a fantastic part of the Kentuck Elementary School family!
